You acknowledge and agree that if you choose to register a unified ESAVVO account when using services such as ESAVVO official websites and ESAVVO official App, the personal information of that same ESAVVO account (including order information, payment information, etc.) will be synchronised across the above services. Device activation: When you activate your device through our websites, you need to provide the serial number (SN) of the product you purchased.

Location information: When you use the activity and AI sports functions through our App, we will obtain your location information only with your consent. If you do not agree to obtain location information, some functions will not be available.

4.2 We retain your personal information only for the period necessary for the purposes set out in this Policy and for the minimum period required by laws, regulations and regulatory requirements. After the above period expires, we will immediately destroy the collected and stored personal information. For personal information stored in program file formats, we will use technical tools that prevent information recovery for destruction.
